Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

Once the return is received , the refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of material at our location.

You may request returns for the items sold by Bizfate by clicking on the return tab of the product . As per our return policy , you can cancel the order within the same day without any deduction charges.

Once your order is being processed and dispatched, till the time of its delivery, Return is acceptable with the deduction of both way Courier charges.

Items are returnable only if , a wrong product is delivered to you or if the specification of the order does not match your requirement (It is mandatory to mention the reason for return). Within 10 days of delivery, the return of the item will be accepted, provided that Seal of the product is not opened.

If you received a sealed product with a manufacturing defect then product will be changed/repaired as per standard warranty of Original equipment Manufacturers from its service Centre.
